Any thoughts on setting up a BitTorrent Sync folder for the Daily Tech News Stash? <a href="https://www.getsync.com/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://www.getsync.com/</a> This would allow you to share a private read-only key to patrons, while you & Jennie (or whomever else needs write access) can have a separate read-write key. It also means when downloading the content, the downloads are pulled from everyone sharing the sync instead of just 1 file server. BitTorrent Sync also allows you to see the contents of the synced folder without having to download every file, allowing you to only download the specific files from the share that you want.
