If I remember correctly, when Elizabeth was shot at the end of season 1 and out of commission, the story Philip told the kids was that she was taking care of "Aunt Helen". And with Paige getting suspicious and snooping, I think she found an address or something while snooping. Also, Tab is still for sale, I work at a grocery store and we sell it. Only in 12 pack cans, though. Not sure if its made in other sizes, but that's what we carry anyway.
