I've regularly made comments on y'alls videos (Patali on youtube), but this is the first time I've joined the Patreon, and I did so for this episode, my favorite of the series, and so I could make an early comment.
I love this episode for its focus on Walt and Jesse's relationship, but also how heavily it incorporates Saul and Mike and of course Gus. But more than that:
Look at the shot towards the end, after Walt makes the call. The camera pulls back several feet and shows Mike and Victor with their guns on Walt. Now yes, Walt has leverage cause he's needed etc etc. But forget the story for a second, just look at that shot.
Walt is completely physically unarmed, against two men with guns pointed at him. But yet when you see that shot, you know he has ALL the power in the room. That is the power of this show. It is a hallmark not just in TV but film history.
