HS1 Tira WIP

I just realized two upcoming characters are similar: both have crazy personality and equally crazy hair as well. I've started work on Juri for HS2 but I guess I'll finish my obligation for Tira as the last winner of HS1 poll first.
She's lacking the face paint here because I want to make it separate as face tattoo, and I could have try finding shader with color mask for two-tone hair but eh, this solution will do.
