[HS] Next Release WIP

It's Jessie from Final Fantasy 7 Remake (Terra will be second release of this month).

So at the very first day of the month I started this project, rushing to get to expression part because that's what concerned me the most. If I couldn't make it right then I'd ditch the project while it's still early. But looks like making expression will be manageable. I was confident that I can finish the project by April 5th.

But of course not. Found problems with the hair that stressed me for days and I was ready to ditch the project. Fortunately I got helpful advises from fellow modders and the hair problem is solved. And thus I *think* this project can get through. Considering I have Terra and one other complex model for commission, hopefully I don't get to stuck with this one for too long.
