Beyond Tacos
Added 2020-03-01 02:09:03 +0000 UTCThis is my first real foray into cooking with one of the new plant based meat options (Beyond Meat) and I've gotta say... I'm blown away. With all of the spices and toppings I would literally not be able to tell this wasn't beef in my tacos. It is still a bit expensive, but when it goes on sale I highly recommend giving it a try. My next recipe is even more of a showcase of how versatile it is.
