Sometimes in an ecchi series the author will choose to keep his sexiest girl non-nude or mostly non-nude even as many other girls in the series bear all. These girls tease nudity but either never deliver, or deliver only after making you wait a very long time. This is done as a clever way of keeping horny readers continuously coming back each volume to see if this is the time we'll finally get to see said character bear all, and when it does happen it is often dramatic and incredible to behold.
Some examples of this include Mikan and Yami in the original To Love-Ru manga, Mafayu from the early portion of Seikon no Qwaser, Zest from Testament, Chisato from Hantsu x Torasshu, Misaki and Suzu from Nagasarete Airantou, and whoever that bikini top wearing spear wielding warrior-miko chick is from Infection.
Well, Ingoshima had one such white whale: a badass elite military operative named Akira. From the start of the series, she would tease her incredible body, clearly the best in the series (and that is saying a lot), but each volume they would never show even a hint of nipple, even as unspeakable things happened to basically every other female in the series.
With the recently released volume 10, she finally had her big moment, with what might be the only "happy sex" scene in the manga so far. It only lasted for one chapter, but it was absolutely incredible. The fact that she was hiding "plunger nips" this whole time just makes it even better. Obviously, this made the series a priority update.
Also included in the download this time are the Ingoshima prequel as well as 6 volumes of the special edition which included many of the nude scenes in full color.
