How to Change Your Pledge Amount
Added 2020-02-12 14:58:32 +0000 UTCHey there. First, thanks to all of you for the support you've already given to this Patreon. It's really helping make decisions about the server and the forum easier to know that I've got enough of a budget to actually fix the things that need fixing.
One question that has come up a few times so far is the question of changing your pledge amount because you want to pledge more or less than the default $2. I didn't set up "tiers" at different amounts because I didn't want to give the impression that some patrons would be getting more than others, but if you want to change your patronage level, you can follow the instructions here: Update My Membership Amount. It doesn't specifically mention it, but once you get to the page where you choose the tier, you can also click in the box with the large dollar amount (next to "Choose What You Pay") and just type a different number.
As for the forums for those waiting patiently, we've moved the database over to the new server. There are a lot of technical wrinkles to iron out, apparently, mostly due to the fact that we were running obsolete software and upgrading it requires some futzing around with various aspects. And they might be missing some functionality when they first come back. I don't pretend to understand the details, but we're at least heading in the right direction.
OK, that's it. Thanks.

That's not anything I posted, that's auto-generated by Patreon. I think it's confused because normally, creators have different tiers that people can move up to, but I don't so it's just messing up its syntax. If you're already pledging, you're getting all that there is. There's nothing else to unlock.

2020-02-26 21:08:02 +0000 UTCI'm a bit confused by the sticky post "News flash! If you raise your pledge to Rich Burlew, you’ll immediately get access to as many as more patron-only posts." As many as how many more? I'm at $4 now. Do I get access to as many as more posts?
