Interesting fact on this movie Lewis in the movie has a girlfriend named Veronica but she was never stated in the movie nor did she have any lines in the movie but she was in the script, Veronica was going to ride on the Devil's Flight, but the attendant stops her from entering the roller coaster station. The reason of Veronica didn't get on the Devil's Flight, was seen in a deleted scene: Lewis couldn't find his pass, so he took Veronica's pass and got on the roller coaster. It is unknown if the scene is considered canon. However, there was another reason given in the novel: Veronica didn't get on the Devil's Flight was because she couldn't enter the station with the bears that Lewis had won.

Interesting facts on FD3: • The cast members on the roller coaster had to ride it 26 times on the same night in order to shoot the film's main premonition scene. •This is the first film in the series to have all of the main characters die in the same order that they are introduced in as opposed to the order they die in during the premonition sequence. •The forklift that assists in Erin's death is called Unit 081. •Ashley and Ashlyn have "Ash" as shortened versions of their name. They both burn to death in tanning beds. • The ending was reshot, reportedly because of unfavorable reactions at preview screenings. This also happened with the previous two films in the series. •It took 20 takes for the hammer to fall on the forklift gearshift correctly in the home improvement store. • Most of the roller coaster footage was filmed on the "Corkscrew" at Playland, part of the Pacific National Exhibition in Vancouver, British Columbia. The actual ride is much tamer and slower (only contains a double corkscrew inversion) compared to "Devil's Flight", which contains multiple vertical loops and multiple corkscrew sections. In order to achieve such a roller coaster, CGI was applied to the roller coaster set, which contained a hydraulic setup that mimic the actual roller coaster. • Ashley Tisdale auditioned for the role of Erin but lost. Vanessa Hudgens auditioned for the role of Julie, but lost to Amanda Crew. •In Japan, the film is renamed "Final Deadcoaster". • Ian's last name, the high school's name, and the town's name of McKinley all refer to President William McKinley, who was assassinated. •While in line at the drive-thru, a Hice Pale Ale truck backs into Kevin's car, which traps both he and Wendy in the car. The same Hice Pale Ale truck is also seen in Final Destination 2 (2003). • The name of the salon is "Phoenix Tanning Salon". • Alexz Johnson(Erin) is a Disney Star for her being the 3rd Season Protagonist in “So Weird”. Ryan Merriman (Kevin) is a Disney star for his movies “Smart House” , “The Luck of the Irish”, and “A Ring of Endless Light” Mary Elizabeth Winstead (Wendy) is a Disney star for. “Sky High” • After the roller coaster disaster, Ian is seen complaining to Erin about his last name also being the town's name (McKinley, Pennsylvania). He also write "Ian" over the school's name, which is also McKinley. Coincidentally, the sign that crushes him also has "McKinley" written on it, only this time, Ian is below his own surname.

#SundayRundown - Fun Fact: Ashley Tisdale and Zac Efron are auditioned to play Erin and Kevin but couldn't do the movie do to a scheduling conflict with the filming of High School Musical.

#SundayRundown Oh no Rana, the alien ride is actually dangerous as fuck.

Love watching Final Destination reactions! Can’t wait for the next one because it’s well regarded as a Top 5 piece of cinematic art like Casablanca and Threat Level Midnight

More information: There was also an alternate ending that showed a newspaper headline explaining that Kimberly and Burke died in another freak accident involving a wood chipper. Death eventually came back for them. Personally, I never liked this idea, so I’m glad it wasn’t the canon ending. I like the idea that some people found a way to survive. EDIT: Suraj ends up mentioning it 😃

The actess who plays Mary Elizabeth Winesteads sister is from Silicon Valley.

#SundayRundown R.I.P. Tony Todd. Cool that he was able to put out one last performance as William Bludworth. The DVD had an alternate fates special feature where Wendy never gets in line for the rollercoaster. Kevin, Jason, and Carrie also don’t get in line because of Wendy. This means that four other people took their place and they died instead. So all four of Wendy, Kevin, Jason, and Carrie end up getting the opportunity to live full lives. The alternate fates: Carrie dumped Kevin the next day and enrolled in Berkeley. She ended up dropping out after one semester to travel the world. She became a groupie for Doctors Without Borders. Kevin joins the army in order to avoid a restraining order by Wendy’s family after he became obsessed with her premonition. He ends up being discharged because he refuses to go on patrol after a coin flip landed heads three times. That same patrol ended up being ambushed. He goes back home and Wendy’s family gets that restraining order against him. Jason became a hermit and studied various religions. After emerging back into the world, he founded the “Church of Ultimate Beliefs.” They made a compound in New Hampshire. Wendy changed her name to Ming and embraced her gift. She performed pro bono readings for politicians, celebrities, and police departments. She was last seen in Vancouver.

We knew it was the beginning of the end when they only included Tony Todd as a voice over an intercom. Travesty!

Finally, something that I'm interested in on here 🙏

The second one is the point they should have stopped making these movies. This and the entire rest of the series is utter garbage. But people tend to like garbage. Look how many fast and furious movies there are.

Smash Bran'Discootch

Over the years this one has become my favorite! First is classic, second is iconic for the opening and some of the other kills, but this one I grew to love. Suraj holding in the laugh before the match cut, haha... and glad he figured out the Wong / Wan mistake after filming apparently. Can't wait for the rest of the series and the new one this May!

LASmeenk

There are so many Wings and Wongs you might wing the wong number (I'm Chinese, and I heard this joke a lot back in the day in school) Also, to help Suraj distinguish, James Wong is American-Chinese, whereas James Wan is Australian-Malaysian

quiksawtic

Nice, always love a horror reacting, that tanning bed scene stuck with me for years

Rey

I don't think that's true about the Scream series at all? They are very popular and everyone understands the meta slasher narrative. I'm not sure what you mean?

Rob Church

The scream movies please. There misunderstood and underscored.

Sonicluis

I'm sorry but Suraj mixing up James Wong and James Wan is so funny.

Rob Church

That was amazing guys thank you
