Man, the opening montage/intro is absolutely one of the best in the entire series. Absolutely LOVE it.

2025-02-15 10:35:29 +0000 UTCI think part of it is also that they are military and he's the vice president. If you are in the military you have to follow certain rules and have disciplin, like Lee said it's not the first time she did something like that.

2025-02-14 19:54:59 +0000 UTC#SundayRundown I'm loving your reactions! Marketa is right about Lee overreacting. Lee and Kara had been flirting, but she didn't owe him anything. He reacts that way because he is really into her and believes she is also into him. I kinda loved the punch, both ways. It shows that they are equals in terms of strength and temperament. These last two episodes of the show got me well and truly hooked in the original run. You are lucky that you don't need to wait the extremely long periods between mid-season and season finales. It was pure torture, sometimes lasting over a year. This was before the days of premium cable where that is a given now.

2025-02-14 09:25:05 +0000 UTCTo help avoid confusion, it was common at the time to refer to Galactica Boomer as just Boomer and Caprica "Boomer" as Sharon. Pretty sure that's how they reference them in the show but it can be subtle.

2025-02-13 19:30:50 +0000 UTC#SundayRundown It seems like the Cylon fleet was just as surprised as the humans when the 3 Raptor ships jumped to Kobol. That space collision doesn't seem planned. Apollo is kind of an ass this episode. In earlier episodes he's all "follow the rules, follow the law, and do the right thing" but here he's really mean to Starbuck. In the last episode he got into a drunken fight with Tom Zarek's guys which happened to work out for .... reasons. I don't think the writers know what to do with Lee, he seems to be reasonable some episodes and unreasonable jerk other episodes this season.

2025-02-13 18:29:20 +0000 UTCjust want to say Apollo and Adamas boxing match was an idea the actors had, and they choreographed it themselves. There is another big one v one fight next ep between two major actors on the show and those actors had a big hand in choreographing that one.

If you let someone think they can punch you and get away with it, they're just going to do it again. If you aren't willing to be punched back, then don't punch someone first.
