2024-11-01 06:25:53 +0000 UTC#Sunday Rundown "Agatha all along" Who would have thought, that this show would become the best show of the MCU's series (or at least be in the top 3). This show was extremely good, amazingly well written, with so many clever plot twists, and the last 3 episodes blew my mind. I will have to watch it all over again, to get all the clues that i missed. In the double finale, the scene that completely broke me, was the one from episode 9, where Rio is coming to claim Agatha's baby, because he was going to die during childbirth (which at that time was a very common death). Agatha can’t accept it, and she was unfair to Rio when she said to her : "You do this and i will hate you forever". Then she starts begging Rio : "Please let him live, please my love! Please!". You can see how devastated Rio was by what she had to do, and you also can see how much she loved Agatha, so much so, that she bend the rules for her. Rio answers : "I can offer only time" This was heartbreaking. Rio gave Agatha the most beautiful gift a mother could ever ask for, Time to spend with her child. Rio is still in love with Agatha, and you could see how much it hurt Rio when Agatha painted her as the villain (at the beginning of ep 8). Agatha was totally aware that her son’s time with her would runout. She is the one who wasted all those precious years and used her son to steal others Witches’ Power, when she could have used that Time to give her son a better life. Agatha even twisted the song they wrote together. That song was the memories of his life and the time they shared together. But rather than cherish her son’s legacy, she used it to bait unsuspecting victims. Agatha was a true villain, and i'm glad they did not try to mitigate that fact. Of course, they humanized her, so we could understand some of her actions and empathize with her. But her death was the only possible outcome at the end of the Road. I hope this show gets a second season, because it deserved it. I want to see what happened to Tommy and how Agatha will start her redemption arc as Billy’s mentor. I want to know if Billy will tell the truth to the Kaplans. I want to know if Billy and Tommy will be reunited with Wanda or even with White Vision since he has their father’s memories. I want to see if Rio and Agatha will reconcile and forgive each other.
