I don't see how that's predatory, and it's the same as the current model of announcing show schedules with different access timing based on subscription. Also, preeeeeeetty sure there'd be a huge backlash if the Normies took your suggestion to announce a "surprise show" on Twitch, where subscribers would have to pay just to find out what it is and if they even want to watch it. That sounds predatory to me. Also, like, c'mon, this is a gravy service. It's not a basic necessity like clean water or food.

I think a better way to announce this would be to just have a post saying xmen is coming to patreon at such and such date. The twich exclusive could have been people getting to react to a secret show early but you have to subscribe to find out. That way people feel like theyre getting something instead of losing something

However, the Q & A and Sunday Rundown may not be the most ideal places to have the information "X-Men 97" is going to be a twitch exclusive. There's over 20,000 members to The Normies Patreon and probably the majority of those people don't watch Sunday Rundown and the Q & A. The Normies are probably trying to drive traffic to those parts of Patreon but many people are just too busy to watch an hour-long podcast on top of the reactions being watched on a weekly basis. A post on Patreon, like the one above, a couple of weeks in advanced could have alleviated some of the anger we're seeing in this comment section.

But they have said many times this is how they are doing it, I didn't post about it before because I hoped they would at the least dump the uncuts on paetron.
