#Sundayrundown Just an FYI it's semi-pointless to try and figure out what is and isn't canon in the D.C. Universe. They have events called Crisis. It's a big thing that they have used (multiple times) to change their universe. One of the last ones they changed it so Barbara was no longer paralyzed. Luckily they have examples on film now. From Flashpoint: Paradox to the three part Crisis on Infinite Earths is an example of a time they made a change, did a few films and the Crisis will change things again. In comic form this era was new 52, but Crisis on Infinite Earths is from the 80's. When I say change I mean "This characters background is confusing, we'll change it during this crisis". The problem is people like what they know so they end up adding all of those old things back in. Just look up D.C. Crisis there's been like 7 official ones. Batman is popular so he basically stays the same, Superman tends to get more edgy and a Flash often dies. As an aside: the story where Babs is paralyzed was a one off contractual obligation a writer had that got so popular they eventually made it canon.
