Cassandra Cain is my absolute favorite DC character so I'm excited to see her given a spotlight in the show. Here are some fun facts about her. 1. She was the first Batgirl to ever get her own comic. Despite Barbara being around for longer she never actually had her own series until 2011, 11 years after Cassandra and 2 years after Stephanie. 2. She's canonically an adopted Wayne. Bruce adopted her as his daughter after taking her in. 3. Cass is the only one in the "Batfamily" (besides Damian) that has explicitly expressed a genuine desire to take up Bruce's mantle as Batman after he's gone, and she is the only one (besides Dick) to whom Bruce has explicitly given that blessing to.
