Love Nel's backstory. The ost "Invasion" first time playing during her backstory, it's one of Bleach's incredible ost's. Suraj noticed it at first play. Can't wait till the rest of you guys notice it as it plays more. Fun fact Nel's VA is the same woman who voices Ino from Naruto. And Szayelaporro's (SZAπ€£) VA voices Sai.

Which means he was an Espada and got demoted...but this is expanded more on a novel, SAFYW (Spirits Are Forever With You). As for Nel v Nnoitra, even after she did the Cero Double on him, he was getting the better of her in Base forms, implying that she's not the current Espada 3's level anymore.
