what even is this

comics are films and books: for everyone not a specific age. we got all the genres and target age groups for said genre. hellblazer is for adults. goldie vance is for pre-teens. so forth and so on. so not just for young adults. the 70s had a lot of messaging going on for women empowerment and anti drugs/crime so you have to show kids the dangers of drugs so they dont use them (hopefully) like the dare program in the 90s. captain planet tackled drugs, aids and the war in palestine to name a few hot topics. for kids? yes so that they can be well rounded, informed and educated individuals instead of ignorant know nothings. sigh thats why i love my generation. we got the best of all the decades from 90s down. what are the kids learning today? how to ticky toky and be bigots instead of thinkers who READ sigh

I completely agree. Navi it crazy missing out. However, I would prefer to see reactions individually rather than in a group as I feel they either miss some things or act differently than they would otherwise. Navi on her own would be great.

Totally disagree with "Ispeckz" about The Office (i.e., that Pam's reaction to the gesture of the garage art studio wasn't what "sold her" on the house purchase). The couch had the typical reading of it, which is that the garage scene is ultimately what got Pam's buy-in because she was touched that Jim had been thoughtful about fitting her into his plans. P.S. Great having Navi as a cohost!

Most comics are written for a teen/adult audience. So it’s been more and more common for adult topics to be featured like drugs, sex, extreme violence, etc. I used to give out comics to kids on Halloween and had to be very selective on which ones I gave out.
