The japanese word Ai = Love (pretty sure it's not an intentional pun with the english eye) and you looked up the meaning for Oshi no Ko Since no one in the show has actually brought up the stars I'm assuming they're not actually visible to anyone, especially with Aqua's regularly changing to black. I'm sure there is a deeper symbolism to it beyond representing the familial relationship, but for now at most it seems to be like a visual mood ring for the audience letting us now their state of mind.
