Great Buffyverse reactions. The Buffy one is creepy, but fun and silly and the end reveal still makes me laugh. Then the Angel one is nuts, but that guy is so creepy. I really like how by this point in the series, the Angel trio have really formed a bond.

Buffy Thursday! and YJ wooo, and yea "fear itself" Dudes, its the Halloween epside my fav costume is Oz and willowbut also cant forger about Anya finnaly joining the crew, wooo, and Young justice, well this is a good episode but kinda of a let down, cause of the twist not a twist ending, cuase the light always gets its way...lol but incnig closer to my all time fav episode for both shows, ..... and angel too (small woo - big woo for season 3 and 4 of angel)

When Batman says "you performed satisfactory" that's the highest praise you'll get from him. The team accomplished their mission, they took out the plant transmitter thing that controlled all the other plants. Once that was done they just had to stall the injustice league until the justice league arrived. Also the other green lantern you guys didn't recognize was Guy Gardner, one of the most disliked green lanterns. Why is he disliked? Because he's a jerk. In the comics Batman once knocked him out with one punch and Superman thought that was hilarious.

If I heard correctly, when you guys were trying to figure out which actor/character was in Agents of Shield and had powers and a suit there (the character was Deathlok/Mike Peterson) and he was played by J. August Richards. The kid being punched in a halloween mask at the beginning wasn't him, BUT, Joss Whedon HAD worked with J. August Richards before Agents of Shield, in the Buffyverse, however. I won't say who he is or where/when to keep the surprise, but I'm looking forward for y'all to see him :D.

If I recall this was like two years after Heath Ledgers’ performance as Joker and I think that was what the studio was going for. It didn’t really work. As for the Light, Vandal Savage is probably the most dangerous person in the group.

in order of your who are yous from your reaction: plastic man so chris got it so you are redeemed from the gorilla godd snaffu, rocket (glowing lady) and icon (who surj called john stewart. there is more than one black dc super hero bro :) jk jk). rocket and icon are from milestone comics (a company dedicated to making all POC lead comics. mostly black but also asian, latin and afro latino) and which is where static shock is from. dc bought it over a decade ago and integrated those characters into dc comics. not a spoiler cause they never say this in the show: he is black superman aka martian manhunter. alien that crashed on earth but it was during slavery times. was found by a slave couple and using his shapeshifting powers took the form of a black baby. he then did the classic vampire/immortal thing of pretending to be his descendant to explain why he looks like someone from the 1800s instead of just taking a different form since he is a shapeshifter but hey, once you go black.....flight, super strength, shapeshifting, money and intelligence are his powers. no freeze breath but im pretty sure he has energy blast eyes that he rarely use just like martian manhunter. that dude hasnt used his martian vision since like the JLA comic from the 90s but i digress. he's also a lawyer :) his comic is great cause it was written not to focus on him but rocket (the glowy girl) his sidekick cause they thought no one would buy a book about a black teen female hero, so icon was big ole troll to macho nerds and it worked. forever waiting for the spotlight on these characters in live action or animation. they deserve solo features instead of being background or supporting.

yes he can "just" give you vertigo BUT it can also work on computer "brains" like planes and satelites and missiles and at least in the comics he would also fly, which makes his cape more fitting.

this joker doesnt look younger than bruce at all to me. he has to be 40 while this bat looks late 20s early 30s. his look is fine, a modern twist on a classic look. its the voice for me. needs to be more eccentric. just sounds like a generic villain voice

the light: lex luthor, the brain, ra's al ghul, ocean master (aguaman's brother from that one episode where aqualad goes back home), klarion...bum bum buuuuuuuuum!!!! the witch boy, queen bee (from the bialya/lost memories episode; queen of bialya) and the speaker: vandal savage. you will learn more about him as the series goes on, especially season 2. ill keep that a surprise unless you ask for clarification. but there you go: all are villains the team has faced this season indirectly via their minions and machinations

dont know what he looks like a creature commando but the atomic skull i know from the 90s and 2000s (comics and justice league unlimited) looks nothing that. he is bulky and muscular in a suit to contain his atomic power. and he is purple sigh i love purple. just a straight up energy caster but from his head lol

Chris’s face when it was revealed that it was ultra humanite instead grodd made me chuckle. He’s 0-2 for gorilla characters so far lol. So for the green lanterns there are 4 main ones from earth. Hal Jordan, Kyle Rayner, Jon Stewart, and the guy you saw was Guy Gardner.

Put some respect on the Ultra-Humanite, he was first recurring DC comic Supervillain and Superman’s first archenemy, making his debut in 1939. Also he’s not actually a primate, he was a super-intelligent surgeon who found a way to surgically implant his brain(and consciousness) in other peoples’ bodies and he did so for years until he found the perfect body in a mutated gorilla. Also the silver bodied superhero was Captain Atom, who used to belong to Charlton Comics before they went bankrupt and then DC bought the rights for him and multiple characters from Charlton such as: Peacemaker, Blue Beetle, The Question, etc. Captain Atom was the inspiration for Dr. Manhattan from Watchmen.

so batman believing they were ready, wasnt "ready to defeat these villains." it was "ready to succeed this plan." and the plan was to stop the main plant and survive, as soon as that main plant died, the plants around the world died and the league could rush to the villains and save the kids. now you may say why didnt they just stop the villains to start, it was taking the entire league to make sure so many people didnt die from those plants, hell you saw one of them almost caused a Chernobyl level disaster
