Well said. There are story's of vampires in almost every culture dating as far back as Mesopotamia. Dracula is iconic because his character was based off a real, notoriously cruel ruler and the novel was ground breaking for its time.

Sorry for your loss. 🥺 Your dog had great taste, Kings Hawaiian Rolls are no joke and rivers and mountains are life. Rest in Love.

Good discussion on Castlevania. One point of view I would urge you to look at is to still think of Dracula in this show the same way we kinda do in reality. What I mean by that is take Carmilla for example. She is a very famous vampire story much like Dracula but there's substantially less people who know her name and lore because nothing even compares to the legend of Dracula. In short I guess you could say Vampires are a story, but Dracula is a legend.

Thank you very much. She saw cities and mountains, she swam in rivers. She loved Kings Hawaiian rolls and hated hair dryers. I cooked her breakfast every morning and she was full of energy right up to the day she died at 11 years old. She loved a full and happy life.

Sypha really is OP.

Sassy's monologue takedown of Rupert was LEGENDARY. One of my favorite moments in the series.

George Parker

I'm sorry for your loss bro

Carmilla actually is a legendary vampire just like Dracula in vampire mythology. Carmilla actually predates Dracula as one of the first literary vampires with her book debuting 26 years before Bram Stoker's Dracula. Also Sypha really is one of the most op and badass magicians I have seen in fiction.

I'm sorry for your loss.

I'm glad Rebecca & Sam's relationship is over. I just think it's a miss from the writers. So for it to be a short fling was probably the best thing to happen.

Eddie

My dog passed away yesterday so this episode of Ted Lasso hit hard this time around. I hate that Pat has twisted Rebecca and Sam’s relationship into this intentional abuse of power. They fell for each other before they even knew who the other one was. The used the word grooming in the show as a joke because it’s so far from what actually happened. Pat is only pissed about a double standard and his answer to it is another double standard. We all know damn well that Pat wouldn’t give a shit if the genders were reversed. He’s just trying to prove a point.

I forgot Camilla shows up in this episode! such a well written character and has one of the coolest lines in the show.
