Sorry to hear things have been rough. My best wishes to you and your family - I can only imagine how this type of thing will effect all aspects of one's life. No need to apologist as far as I'm concerned. Take all the time you need to recollect yourself, no rush. I always wish I could think of something wise or helpful or profound to say in situations like this, but the truth is when humor isn't appropriate, I pretty much flounder. Sorry. But take care man!

Bon, j'vais répéter ce qu'on dit les autres, mais no stress, frelot : au vu de ce qui t'arrive, c'est même tant mieux que t'aies levé le pied sur ta régularité de travail, car si tu te serais forcé la couenne, la qualité n'aurait pas été au rendez-vous et ça aurait été con. En tant que vidéaste amateur, j'ai du moi aussi ralentir le rythme de mes travaux car moi aussi, il m'est arrivé des emmerdes (moins grave que les tiennes, mais quand-même), et j'ai du mettre moi aussi mon activité entre parenthèses car quand t'es pas motivé, t'es pas motivé, et faut pas forcer, surtout si t'as des raisons. Donc c'est pas moi qui vais te blâmer, et si y'en a un qui le fait, il se prendra de ma part un joli coup de pied là ou le soleil ne brille jamais, donc tranquille. XD Bref, force à ta famille et à ton daron, et reviens-nous frais comme un gardon. (Au passage, si j'ai réédité mon mécénat, c'est pas du tout en raison de ton inactivité, c'est parce que j'suis légèrement en galère de blé en ce moment, donc t'inquiète)

As far as your Work goes. Bro, even a reduced quantity from you, because of quality, is still better than what you’d get from some similar themed pay sites- and you work alone. There’s only a few people that I sub to on Patreon, and all of them - even with reduced output - I feel this way about. I hope your father makes a speedy recovery, and that all goes well for you in the future. Though you might wanna get Work back out asap, or a certain CEO succubus may appear in your room through your computer, with a growling stomach as motivation. :)

You know, taking some personal time when you need it, especially if it's to be with family is something that I think most everyone would be totally cool with. There'll always be more time for cute girls eating people but you never know how long you'll have with your loved ones.

Good luck with it all dude. I've been happy since day one and so long as this patreon is what you want to do full time then it's all good, and really that's my only concern. I was wondering maybe if you were getting fatigued doing this kind of stuff constantly, or if you were having trouble working independently as opposed to professionally. Family stuff though, yeah that's a whole other thing, and I don't really know what to offer beyond my condolences. Problems are best when they're a single solvable thing but health issues tend to go on endlessly and just moving past it and getting on with things isn't doable. Thanks for letting us all know about what's going on, and hang in there.

More landscapes and world building is what I think some time needs to be put towards definitely, maybe even just post more things that you just feel like drawing, sometimes it's really clear to tell whether you enjoy drawing something more than something else in the picture it's self, anyway I do wish you and your family a speedy recovery and like we will all say, it's fine to take the time off when you need it we won't burn you at the stake 😉
