At the beginning the scene was longer, the Boy swipes until there are no more matches. Joris then say "... so about my application for Black Death..." then the conversation becomes PEGI18: Tera who doesn't have any more matches for this evening suggests that it can be fixed. (he trolls Joris). Joris blushes with confusion, but accepts. This leaves the two others speechless.
I went for a second version, but we'll learn what the Boy did on this app a bit later lol.

Fun fact: That "Bob! BOB!" line is from Desperate Housewives! I can't tell the whole scene, it would be too long and unnecessary cause that's really just THAT line haha, but Bob is cop in a car, we don't even see him, we just know he's the driver, and as he leaves Gaby and Bree with another police officer, Gaby yells "Bob, bob!!!" as the car pulls away. I thought that was funny! That's the reason why the cop's name is Bob, yeah-

I love the last pages! On Tapas I've seen some comments saying they did not understand why Tera felt so involved about the Boy's pills, and that it was just a way of bringing the characters together again. Never thought of that haha. It's obv more meaningful than that but patience is the key! I don't want the story to seem shallow and easy -
And writing this I realize I FORGOT a scene in this update, about those pills. Godammit-

2022-04-11 20:28:30 +0000 UTCIf you can buy a pill off the shelf which is strong enough to knock out someone like Tera in the blink of an eye... that's rather scary (sorry, NO offense!!). Seeing how much patience, consideration and empathy Tera shows with the boy and his little... episode... during the blackout in the park - I believe it's obvious that it's not just an easy/lazy way of story-telling, but rather so much more to it. Being on the streets like Tera is and having a rough background might also involve addictions of all kinds (doesn’t even have to be on personal experience, but you get to see a lot). I bet Tera knows more about it one way or the other, and seeing a lively young boy like... the boy... relying on such strong pills really might strike the urge to protect him from that too. I imagine Tera would rather see him "work it out" and "overcome" the problem at hand, instead of dulling it with such a strong medication in long term use. “They are bad for your health” – that’s Teras concern. Black Death is about overcoming fear (according to Jo) and it’s a thing for Tera. I think Tera wishes for more freedom for the boy than depending on a strong medication. It’s the little things and I love it. Detailed, thoughtful, deep, complex, so damn funny, hot, seductive, addictive, mysterious, lovely, soft, cute, hilarious, unbelievable, stylish, relatable… yeah, I could go on and on and on, but I guess I got the point across (I hope). Love the new update!... and hating the waiting-game. ^^' (second and last try to post this, sorry for the inconvenience! and thank you for the help and patience)

There are some stuff I can’t spoil yet so I won’t mention them; but in France you wouldn’t get such pills without prescription! So that’s smart of you to put that on the culture difference haha.

I mean, he definitely looks like he would never let Joris mock him like that. Tera’s become a little softie for his new friend and potential wingman in love.

A lot can happen in those two hours, who knows what the boy could do 😅 As for the confusion with the sleeping pills, it's just speculation on my part, but in America sleeping pills are very common and you can buy them off the shelf. Yes, you can go to your doctor and get a stronger prescription but for the most part people can buy them without a prescription. So even when I read that part I was a bit confused why he cared so much about such a common medicine, but I just chalked it up to a difference in culture.

I’m also tattooing joris saying “😃 how did you know I’D be here” over my face! Joris is such a good character he always brings such interesting things up 😂. The out of context “it was ringing all night” combined with the boy swiping left really left Joris like 🤔🧐 “now wait a damn minute what is happening here?” - also yes I welcome more untranslatable words into my life 🙏🏼 thank you ….I can actually barely communicate in any of the languages I know now my head scrambles them up and i end up gesturing like a dramatic little child who’s too desperate to communicate 😭🤣 -also yes I come across people talking about them not being patient but it’s very amazing that you take your time because it’s quality work and greatness cannot be rushed!!
