You’ve got to marvel at the guts to put out 20ish hours of actual play content that is focused on saving a character only to turn around in the last 10 minutes and kill that character on purpose. It was a beautiful story, and a surprisingly fulfilling ending. I too need season 3, so I hope it goes well enough to justify it.

The ending of this one was all kind of happy and sad at the same time, but I sort of went in half-expecting something like that to happen. When the two spirits showed up at the end and the second one was described as "an older woman", was like "Ohh, it's his wife, isn' it..." and guessed at that point that Nate wouldn't be staying. It'll be cool to see a new series to see how Delacy gets on without Nate. And also the potential consequences for Garnet finally using the definitely-not-at-all-cursed-or-in-any-way-dodgy magic severed hand thingy :D.
