Hey everyone!
With the feedback I've received in the past few days, I decided to add a few small changes for the time being, thanks for the help of members and viewers alike.
Starting from now, all previews and colored pictures will be posted the moment they've been confirmed by the commissioner. If a drawing was finished, but no preview was published in time, the colored version of that drawing will be posted instead.
Denise's Breath Hold Training will also continue every Monday (Tuesday depending on the time zone of a few people.)
After reading the feedback about what they would like to see more, the results were very mixed. Some people wanted a bit of everything in it.
So from now on, I'll be trying to add a bit of everything....whenever possible, obviously. ^^;
- Starting in August, raffles will happen every month. Due to the members still pending requests, and not planning on adding more to the plate, comics will be left out of it for now.
- Once Denise's Breath Hold Training is finished, we'll make a poll of different scenarios that I have in mind, and see which story featuring my OCs would you like to see next.
- I will make sure to show some game development progress in our latest project. We've been pretty quiet about it due to some problems we've been dealing with. While the game has been stuck for a while, we'll mention any progress once we're back on track.
- While not many people were looking for it, animations are something that crossed my mind lately, and maybe it's something that will show up at least once a month, or at least I hope so.
As mentioned before, Raffles will continue, but with new changes.
- People will not be able to vote for multiple characters/clothes/scenarios.
- On special occasions, raffles will be separated into 2 parts. The first part being all about the illustration, and the second part being all about the comic. All results from part 1 will not show up on part 2.
- Time to participate in raffles will be extended to 12 days, instead of 7.
In compensation for the late Lum comic from May's raffle, and to apply the new rules properly, we'll be making a reroll for the second part of May's raffle for the results being exactly the same. Lum, her selected clothes, and scenario will not be included on the reroll.
The raffle reroll will start on the 7th.
This is one thing that I was genuinely curious to hear from members, as I would like to know their opinion on the matter.
While many people agreed with the addition to the format added in June, the options were somewhat split once again, but people thought that working on easier projects first was the better call.
And while everyone agreed with the idea of testing new rules every month, I'm willing to see how this goes down.
For July's requests of the month, I'll be giving preferences to the fastest requests, and letting the more complex ones for later.
In order to not be unfair to people that have been waiting for a while now, I'll make sure to work on 1 illustration and 1 comic page every day, so that both parties don't have to wait too long. This rule will also not be permanent, and will be only kept for this month, unless it shows positive results, then it will be considered to stay.
Some people that pay attention to my Trello page, might've also realized that commissions are "open". To make sure members receive their requests beforehand, members will receive preferences over commissions.
Lastly, I've also heard the feedback from my viewers and followers. I would like to thank everyone that was willing to help me with my own personal work whenever I post anything (which is quite rare I know.)
When it comes to what will be posted on my social medias, here's the new sort of content that you can expect to see eventually:
- Future stories featuring my OCs (Denise's Breath Hold Training is not included)
- Future game development showcases on my Twitter (won't be as frequent as it will be here.)
- Some animations I post here will be also posted.
- Raffle results will be posted on a very special day in the year.
Thank you everyone for helping out, I hope this will come to help in the future.
Thank you for your time. :)
