Rouge the Christmas Balloon-WIP

I wanted to get a good shape for her without going completely spherical so I think this did it well! She's blowing up more than one kinda holiday balloon of course, tis the spirit!
If you ask why I include balloons with her so often, it's cause I'm envisioning using the version of her from the animation I'm working on >;3 Where she's now basically entwined with balloons since they're ALSO shiny and smooth X3
