A festive thank you

This year has been an incredible year for me. I turned 30, got married, made some big steps in dealing with my anxiety issues, and managed to make this little niche of a patreon into a full time job!
But it wasn’t really me that did that last one, that was down to all of you. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate you all for supporting me, whether that’s financially via the patreon or music sites, or just through kind comments about my music and playing it to your table.
I’ve always struggled to motivate myself to do work that I don’t enjoy. I was a terrible pot wash as a teenager in a local bar, and my music career has been marked by some low points where I’ve felt like a sell out for writing music for clients whose end product I didn’t like.
To be free of all that, and to work every day on something I love, is just the best. Motivation is not a problem for me anymore, I can’t wait to write new tracks for you all to use, or provide tools like the Foundry module or the new website to help you better access the music. It’s my dream job that I never knew existed until now.
So a sincere thank you to all of you, from the bottom of my heart. You’ve given me such an incredible opportunity and I can’t wait to continue writing music for you all.
But first, I must eat 2 portions of Christmas dinner and then fall asleep on the sofa.
