They reach one hand out, slowly, towards you. You feel a terrible pain lance through your body, and you wake up."
This track is an unusual one! It's a little unsettling, emotional, and foreboding. Perhaps you could use this in the build up to a big fight to build the tension and emotion, or let the shivering strings represent the ghosts in a haunted mansion. A trip through the Astral Sea or into a more worrying Plane of Existence could work too! Or perhaps this could set the scene for one of your party members seeing a worrying vision of the future.
