Regarding Content Going Forward
Added 2020-09-21 15:35:57 +0000 UTCRecently I've had a big introspection over something I have been feeling off about for a long time. I personally do not feel that in a visual media the fictional ages of fictional characters make a big difference when it comes to 'underage' representations. I was always firmly against portraying characters that LOOKED or ACTED like children in their media in fetish material because this is visual art, and I handwaved a lot of content in the past. I have done art of characters that were in highshool (around the 16 age) but when I risked anything like that I tried to keep it from being too erogenous or did some change to the character to try to justify it.
Welp, no more.
I have never been 100% happy with that, it was a justification to get to draw some characters I wanted to and while I may not have meant it to be destructive or inconsiderate, it also had the potential of enabling the people who would, in real life, threaten children. I do not even want to tangentially support such a group. As such, I've removed a lot of the content that was underage (after researching to better understand some of them) and will not be drawing any more chars that are under 18 by the end of their media. 18 is my hard arbitrary cutoff and I'm sticking by it from now on.
'What is this going to change?' you might ask. The answer is: very little. Only a few pictures of mine were impacted by this and going forward I'll still be producing the same kinds of art just strictly with characters I'm comfortable drawing. I just wanted to explain why some things have been removed and others changed (like the runner up from last month).
Thanks for your understanding <3

2020-09-22 21:30:58 +0000 UTCI have yet to see any proven account of some child molester having graduated to that from enjoying a pic of a 17-year-old anime girl with huge tits getting inflated, but okay then. Again though, why is an exception made for those Miku ones?

2020-09-22 21:27:15 +0000 UTCIt can and the fact that it has that possibility means I don't want to support it in any way. I don't care how they were presented, I don't want any of the optics I look like I support people who would harm children.

You do realize some of the characters you were drawing were already portrayed within their respective canons in a way that wasn't exactly modest, right? So, it's okay for them to already be drawn that way, but when they're drawn that way AND inflated, that's wrong? And what about those Suki and Miku pics, why do those get to stay but not, say, that pic of Mina Ashido where she's basically the exact same as usual but bloated?

2020-09-21 15:49:00 +0000 UTCNo it will not! TMMS has always occurred at the college level and up and I've never knowingly included an underage character in the content!
