Maybe they were getting off and the trans person didn't know they had that power? And has since kept it. I've not seen past this episode personally but there are a lot of selfish people in this show.

The thing that always annoyed me with it though is that there are plenty of trans women out there who would have been happy to have switched with the trans guy and it would have made more sense for him to help someone else out that way by switching, rather than stealing Alex’s dick from him.
