2022-11-03 18:09:18 +0000 UTCI think that's it exactly, they're all funny individually but one of the best things about Taskmaster is the group dynamic. The alliances, the friendly rivalries, the way you're sad to see the season end because you worry you won't enjoy a new team as much as the previous one. Of course one usually does, but some seasons just aren't as strong as others. Having said that, it is a matter of opinion, I love a season others seem to dislike, and others love ones I find lacklustre. Josh could easily have much different opinions to us!

2022-11-03 12:26:43 +0000 UTCI really loved this series! This is my first time watching taskmaster through so I have no idea about the upcoming series! But I proper enjoyed this series! Mostly because of Liza! Iโd heard of all of them except her and wasnโt really sure what to expect when I saw this mumsie kinda woman on the screen! But she was hilariously funny, with such a great sense of humour and she smashed so many tasks! I just remember the H episode and she just bosses it on her own leaving her teammates scratching their heads! Haha! So glad she won! I hope this can keep going to see more comedians and breakout stars etc.

2022-11-03 09:04:14 +0000 UTCI think the major problem with S6, compared to previous series, was that every member of the cast was funny individually, but as a group the chemistry really never got going in terms of studio banter and stuff. Not the last time that would happen with Taskmaster either, but with the legendary Phil Wang and Rhod Gilbert to come, Series 7 is absolute gold. The first series for me was the weakest, but apart from that they've all been equally entertaining. I've never seen Series 7, so I'm definitely voting for it based on all the positive comments on here. I really hope you continue with the Taskmaster reactions Josh, as it's something a bit different from the normal sitcom reactions you do on other days.

Loved her getting Alex to sit his arse in the cake and running off laughing ๐ that whole thing was perfect. Have heard series 7 is meant to be great so I'm looking forward to that. I can't see it not winning :)

I enjoy them all because, much like Would I Lie To You and Cats Does Countdown both the regulars and the format are so strong that even when the guests aren't the best it's still reliably fun. Also, it was fun seeing Liza walk this series despite putting almost no effort into any of the tasks. She really didn't seem to give two shits at any point, she's great.

2022-11-03 00:11:50 +0000 UTCTaskmaster is one of the main reasons I'm a patron. I'm here for Taskmaster, Alan Partridge, and Inside No. 9. But I admit I barely watched this season's reactions, I've just been waiting in the hope that season 7 will be voted in, it's a season I'm certain Josh would love! So many great moments. Season 6 has always been pretty low down in my favourites, it may even be my least favourite. Maybe I should have rewatched every episode here to see if my mind would be changed, but I didn't, maybe I should play catch up! It's not a bad season, but for Taskmaster it's a bit weak, especially as it's in between 5 and 7, two of the best seasons. I know that 7 is always second on the poll, with the first being the next chronological season, so I'm pretty hopefully it will win. Of course, some seasons are stronger than others, that's just the way it is. Good news is, that Taskmaster 14 is currently airing, and it's fantastic! already a big step up from 12 and 13 for me.
