2022-10-27 02:03:05 +0000 UTCJosh's mentioning of mom and pop stores reminded me that Dave Gorman (Taskmaster series 3 contestant) made a one off special (and accompanying book) called America Unchained, where he challenged himself to travel coast to coast across the USA without giving a single penny to any corporations, only independent stores and services! (And that was in 2008, I bet it would be way harder today!)

2022-10-27 00:52:33 +0000 UTCThis series has been my slightly least favourite so far (still really enjoying it though) but this episode was great :D Oh god Tim looking for his hook was hilarious. I do that too, somehow I manage to lose things in the tiniest areas, it's ridiculous. Like the remote control to my music system, it literally stays within an area with a 2 metre radius in my living room and usually in the exact same place yet I still manage to lose it on a regular basis. Then I'm standing there searching the whole area over and over, thinking I'm going mental and getting pissed off at myself, then I find it in a place I've just looked ๐ I wouldn't be surprised if most people do that kind of thing lol. Thanks Josh, looking forward to the next episode and hopefully series 7 after that! Sure it will be :)
