There have been some exciting gameplay changes lately, so coding has been quite a task, but there will be some environmental puzzle elements that will go in to play so the world won't be stuck to just shooting down enemies.
Example of these are destructible objects and switches triggered by spells and the buzz saw attack. (bouncing them through walls to hit switches)
There are already some of these on the new (and final) tutorial map but are just simple puzzles ones atm. Later on, maps will have more secret places designed to be unveiled by these environmental puzzles. There will be future permanent upgrade/powerups obtainable only thru discovery.
Some elements have been move downwards priority as I needed to finalize all map related issues first, else the game won't even run, but as soon as it's able to run without issues, I'll release v1.9x this Feb and catch up to 2.0 as soon as Chris finishes the new sets, (Animation above he just finished. Expected sets finished by 2.0: Blood Hunter Main Scene and Rapvine Indulge scene)
I'll try to record video soon and show the new stuff in. I will also announce a few days before 1.9x-2.0 release. Patrons on the $10 will get access to the reward tiers 1st week of Feb.
