Time To Vote for Movies again !!! July 2022 Poll #1

If a movie you requested did not make it on this list please check the list below to make sure it has not been requested by someone else. If it has not been requested yet please leave your request in the comment section. I will add it to the list and it will be added to a future poll.

This Poll contains the 25 movies with the highest votes from the previous polls.

Movies that I have seen before were not added to the poll, they are listed below.

You are allowed to vote on more than one movie.

Why is there a second poll?

TLDR version: Two top-voted movies will be selected from this poll and two from Poll #2 . Poll #2 will consist of movies from the list at the bottom of this post. We will work our way from the bottom of the list to the top. This poll will follow the same process we have always followed.

Watch this video if you would like more details about this change. Thanks, folks  !!

Comments

When is winner announcements post due please?

Dean Macgregor

Yeah theres far less votes than subscribers, which is weird. And it shows even more this time with the broken poll allowing only 1 vote instead of multiple as usual

Danny

Amazing how many people don't vote.

Keith Pratt

Still all for a 80s month Weird science Secret of my success Clockwise etc

Gareth Hood

If it has the graffiti scent near the start then it's safe!

Toby Mann

If it is The Wicker Man, make sure it is the full version! The theatrical version is better preserved but no way as near as well edited or as good.

Toby Mann

Raid redemption on there twice again, splitting the votes again

Jade Nepia

Go Billy!

Dean Macgregor

So happy to see The Wicker Man doing so well :) a classic.

BelladonnicHazeyJaneII

The football Factory is a good movie to add

Joe

It's a crime that The Italian Job isn't on the poll. It's also a crime that a lot of younger generations have only seen the crappy remake.

Jay

Baseketball!!!

Lee

Hi Josh. Could you add Rocky (1976) to the next poll please?

Sam

I was the one that suggested it. It is often cited as the 'Qunitissential' bond film that perfected the formula. Given that it's unlikely that we'd vote all the bond films in I don't think Dr No. is the best example to introduce someone to Bond if they're not intending to go through all the films. The more flamboyant and iconic Goldfinger would better 'sell' the idea of voting in more bond films than Dr. No which is quite tame and less of a vote puller, in my opinion. I'd love Josh to devote a slot to all Bond films in order each week, but sadly it's not likely.

Jim

Just wondering Josh, Goldfinger is on the poll but as far as I am aware you haven`t seen Dr No yet. Am I right? Cos it would be best and surely logical to start the Bond franchise with the first Bond film? Which is Dr No. Thanks

Silly Uncle Andy Farmer

The extreme low votes has spread the votes super thin

Danny

One vote per person, I'm all for that!

Keith Pratt

Both polls are broken as you can only vote once on them.

(Just) Steve

Nothing, it’s on this poll!

(Just) Steve

Why is this poll different? we are only able to vote for one movie

jack

What happened to The Wicker Man?

Jack Nicholas

Just a reminder, there are no The Italian Job (1969) reactions out there, like at all...We have a fecking Mike Bassett reaction ffs

Sean Riley

The three stooges

Josh B

Cockney vs Zombies is comedy gold 👌🏼

Rob OnlyRoss

Sexy Beast surely. Never will you see a more chilling or intimidating antagonist in a film. Ben Kingsley is phenomenal on it

Chris

Billy Elliott. British film, love it.

Hanif Leylabi

The polls are busted. Doesn't allow voting for more than one film
