The whole episode is great, but that ending is so unsettling and sudden that it sticks with me.

2022-06-20 00:44:49 +0000 UTCI was looking forward to this episode, I think it is my favourite out of all the ones I've seen so far! Although I haven't had that specific job I have been in a situation where a vulnerable person phoned in at my workplace at the time, and I felt obligated to listen to them. It's a nerve wracking situation because you're so afraid to say the wrong thing, but thankfully it went well, and I felt like I was able to help someone. I'm not sure I could handle that as a full time job though, it sure didn't work out for poor Andy! and he just wanted to help people. Reece Shearsmith is great at playing villains, but a certain type of villain, the type that just looks like a normal, amiable man, with an innocent face. That makes it all the scarier! The moment where he looks into the camera and says "I'm sixteen" in his fake voice, is very creepy.
