Whoring System Progress

The system is set up pretty good but is currently a series of common events. There's no in-game event accessing them, but that shouldn't be too difficult to take care of.

I believe I have all the STDs (about 10, I think) fully implemented and working now. Currently you can only get them while whoring. I'm not sure if that should change or not.

Most (11) of the new whoring related traits (15 total) are also implemented now, with a few exceptions due to their greater complexity. I might change them and/or make them simpler, for those that involve potentially changing dozens of events.
