Risks of Whoring

With that said, the "problems" she will get from whoring will be more of a psychological or fairy thing. Like she might get cooties if her integrity is positive, or get a digestive issue from oral sex (such as needing to eat or drink more).
I'm setting this system up such that getting the same STD again will make the duration stack. It could change the ailment slightly though, such as Sienna having a nausea to all foods except for carrots for 72 hours, could be changed to her having a nausea to all foods except for grapes for 144 hours.
I haven't decided on what method (if any) should be used to cure these. I could have antidotes reduce the number of hours/days, based on the strength of the antidote. Let me know what you think. :)
