Just to pre-warm you, there is a gross enabling of perverted behaviour in Jeffrey44's comment, where he alludes to David Holgate's perverted comments as "loveable". There is also an ageist element within that same comment, which should have a trigger warning in place.

Jay

That's better.

@jeffrery... Dan Aykroyd is hot in it too *fixed*

just to pre-warn you (aka warn you), there is a sexist remark in David Holgate's comment. Me and my dog gasped in horror when we read it. He is of his time so he has a few old fashioned attitudes towards woman but he is a lovable old pervert and horny as well 🤜😓🧻🚽

Just to pre-warn you, that there's a racial slur in Trading Places. It does fit into the context of the characters and storyline though but me and my family gasped in horror when we saw that part in the movie lol the last time we watched it. It's of its time so there's few old-fashioned views in the movie but it's an absolutely fabulous film and Jamie Lee Curtis was in her prime and very hot in it as well 😍😜

BigChanChan

I think it was generally panned at the time but its a Mad Mad Mad Mad World done for a different generation. Majority of people under the age of 30 wouldn't know most of the cast of the original. Plus its only 2 hours instead of a bloated 3 hours+

Danny

Some nice choices. Trading Places is an absolute classic, and the rest are great. I remember seeing Rat Race at the cinema when it was released, and thought at the time that it was just a cheap rip off of Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World. I'm looking forward to revisiting it though, as I'm not so picky these days.

Jay

Can Last of the Mohicans & No Country for Old Men be added pls🙏🙏 Proper films

Josh Clulow

I would also like to see Clockwise make the list along with the 5th element.

Colin Bayley

Trading Places and Naked Gun are great movies.

Christopher Horner

Looking like a good month for Sunday night/ Monday night at this rate films 😂 Still recommend John Cleese in Clockwise 1986 for the vote 😁

Gareth Hood

Trading Places is an unexpected gem! Not something you'd expect from an Eddie Murphy film or from the team behind Ghostbusters. I love Ghostbusters and Eddie Murphy films but this is a stand alone work of genius!

Toby Mann

Good shout! It's ridiculous, madcap, and over the top, therefore it's perfect for a reaction! I haven't seen it in years but really looking forward to Josh's reaction.

Ben

Woo I suggested Rat Race and it won first poll it was on can’t wait for him to watch tht 😁

Liam Craig

Rat Race is awesome, I'm super excited!

Edward

Not gonna lie I’m extremely happy naked gun won.

Ferris Booyaa

Have you seen some of the big "cult classic " action films such as "Fifth Element" and "Commando"? be great see those again if youve not

Danny

That's a good set of films. Not seen Rat Race for a while but its funny. I believe its a loose remake of "It's a Mad,Mad,Mad,Mad World"

Danny

I'll skip the Bottom live show as I've never watched the show, or the preceding live shows, but apart from that, it's a great movie month! the best in a long time actually.

Ben

We all know what you mean dude. But FYI January 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th have all past now. 😁 Shall I use my TARDIS or DeLorean for these. 😜
