Spoiler Alert !!!!   Spoiler Alert !!!!   Spoiler Alert !!!!    Spoiler Alert !!!!   Spoiler Alert !!!!Spoiler Alert !!!! Spoiler Alert !!!! Spoiler Alert !!!! Spoiler Alert !!!! Spoiler Alert !!!!

This definitely went in a direction I didn't expect . I am not sure if they mentioned that Brian didn't have insurance before this episode . If they did I missed it for sure, I assumed his insurance would cover the fire and even though some items might have sentimental value and cannot be replace ,they would at least be able to rebuild the club and make it better with the insurance money . I should have known he wouldn't have insurance lol , I guess I was just being optimistic .

Thanks for watching folks !!! Hopefully, you all are happy, safe, and healthy !!

As always I would love to read your comments below

Awesome bud I am looking forward to it.

Yeah corn beef is gross. People ate it during the war and now some old people still eat it. It has a reputation for being cheap meat but so much meat is cheap now I don't know why it still sells.

C Dread

The second series is a lot better than the first imo.

One of the reasons the original series got cancelled was that Michael Grade, then controller of Channel 4, delayed transmission of the series as he was worried about the legality of the parts where the celebrities were being interviewed under false pretences. In protest to this, Chris Morris flashed up a 1-frame graphic in the Decline episode that said "Grade is a cunt".

I am excited to check it out too man I have heard it is awesome. Thanks bud take care!

One of the jokes I think you missed was when Les was selling the meat, he said it was "BSE day, bit of something extra day" which I believe is a reference to the disease called Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (also called Mad Cow Disease) that was around in 80s when farmers fed their cattle food that contained meat from dead cattle etc. I can't imagine everyone would have got that one considering I wasn't around in the 80s and unless being told about it, I wouldn't have known. If you're interested its definitely an interesting read as I probably haven't explained it very well, moreover I imagine you know the show Forensic Files (seems like a staple US show lol) as they did an episode on it (S03E04 - Foreign Body) which was actually quite interesting. Great reaction as usual!

When they were in court and Kenny Senior was called to the stand as “Kenny Dalglish Senior” That’s another one of his many lies, Kenny Dalglish was a very famous footballer from the 70’s & 80’s who played for Liverpool & won numerous League Title’s & European Cup’s, basically one of the poster-boys of British Football in that era..

Scott Williamson

Oh ok lol thanks for the info bud!

LOL a few bars near me attract older folks. They have cover bands and everything lol.

After Work Reactions

LOL that is awesome.

After Work Reactions

LOL there have been some unexpected endings for me. It's all good though.

After Work Reactions

I remember watching a Peter Kay interview and he said that his mom didn’t realise that he played both Brian Potter and Max.

Lee

Like someone living in the Midlands winning a speedboat.

Christopher Horner

When Brian gets to Blackpool there's some flowers tied to a lamp post in memory of Alan. It was referring to a storyline on one the UK's major soaps Coronation Street in the 80's where someone got hit and killed by a tram in one of the storylines. Also the talk show presenter was an old childrens tv presenter with his puppet "Spit the dog" hence him spitting on the girl.

Dave Barratt

I always thought he chose Jerry because he needed him to come back and letting him be in charge was the best way of swinging it, and it also shows Brian already manipulating Jerry

Ronnie Hotdog

The guy who played the club owner which Brian went to for advice is Jim Bowen, a stand up comedian, but most famously known on British shores for presenting the TV gameshow Bullseye. The whole show revolved around playing Darts. It was quite shit, the money you could win wasn't much and the majority of prizes you could win were crap too, but it was a much loved show!

(Just) Steve

Only just noticed in Brian’s address book is “Rubber Pants - 1 Leakers Road”

Kieran B

It’s British comedy, never expect the best outcome
