This dude missed out on some booty twice wth is wrong with him lol. When he made the points about Frankstiens monster being a zombie, I heard that argument before. I can't remember where but people made good points about why he isn't and why he is. My favorite part was him running back into the room swinging his bag like a big kid that was hilarious. I appreciate them showing the security camera footage in the end that was really funny watching Micheal runoff. There were a ton of funny scenes in this episode, it was fantastic.

Thanks for watching folks !!! Hopefully, you all are happy, safe, and healthy !!

After Work Reactions

Loving the Alan Partridge reactions. Been a long while since I revisited the character. I was looking through my hard drive for some Christmas songs to play at work. I rediscovered an old song I've not played for years and years. I think he did a few musical numbers with the character Tony Farrino. I'm not sure how much he played this character in general. But as it's the festive season, it feels apt to share a link which was a Christmas song he did. https://youtu.be/vYkIDdpHRew He might be a more an obscure character for many. You may or may not find it amusing, more from nostalgia on my part that I share it with you. 🤣

Daryl

LOL thanks for the info bud. It is for sure a thick accent.

After Work Reactions

Michael's accent is known as a 'Geordie' accent. Geordies are from Newcastle and they really do talk like that. I've got family up there...i can never understand what they're saying! "Wye aye why aye wo wi yawye aye, pet" "SLOW DOWN GRANDAD"!!!!

Hannah

Josh, you brighten my day. Comedy is best watched with other people and although I have watched many of these shows/episodes before your laugh is infectious. I wait with anticipation for the email from Patreon telling me there is a new video available.

I've noticed the only time Alan really comes into his own is when he's bickering with someone. It's particularly apparent in his exchanges with Dave Clifton, but it's also clear in a few other episodes. When he's arguing he's less awkward and actually becomes quite witty and cutting.

o the laughs man that was hilarious i love to see you still laughing from the last episode before the last one also you got a great memory for shows or maybe just a better memory than me i smoke pot maybe thats it awesome reaction man

Leeroy Nabowitz

I always figured that the receptionist knows he's all talk and that he'd never do anything so she's just f'#king with him because she knows how uptight he is.

Enjoy the Alan Partridge reactions.

Jeremy O Dwyer

Yeah, she can't stand him. She ordinarily just tolerates him as part of her job, but after his insults she used mock flirtation in a passive-aggressive way.

Love me my Mondays with Alan Partridge. Great reaction as always, and thank you for displaying our flag 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 can’t believe it made it on to the main wall.

Christopher John Williams

Great reaction, Michaels monkey story was the highlight for me 😂

It’s just a very Partridge, middle age man turned up to 11 thing to do, like buying the tungsten tipped screws he’ll never use - but does; it’s just something to do out of boredom, he likes cars so he goes out and buys a ludicrous and humorous amount of windscreen washer fluid - I think if he was thinking of killing himself he wouldn’t be so taken aback by Michael’s suggestion

Kieran B

I thought maybe the bottles of window screen stuff were to drink if he wanted to kill himself. That was my impression anyway lol. Funny episode. Nice flag in the background 👍

Great reaction Josh! I concur with others; Susan knows that Alan is a bit of a sleaze and a misogynist and would freak out if she got "masterful" so I think she was definitely just playing him, haha! I have (I hope) nothing whatsoever in common with Alan but his pedantry with the use of brand names for actual items and the way people refer to the monster instead of the scientist as Frankenstein always makes me smile as I am similarly pedantic in this way, haha! This is a very strong episode with far less plot than the previous three but such fantastic dialogue and situations it just works. It really focuses in on Alan's tragic predicament and non-existence of friends (he hasn't got four friends let alone 104! :-P). Love the passive aggressive exchanges between Alan and Dave Clifton. You don't often side with Alan but you get the impression they're just as bad as each other really and probably quite similar. That need to get the upper hand and to belittle. Very fun to watch though! :-)

Goldfinger!

Kieran B

She’s messing with him, it’s pretty much a guaranteed way of shutting him up when little else will

Kieran B

Nice to see you have the Welsh flag on display in the background! Big love from Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

The swinging bag always got me aswell!!

Claire Prowse

Susan was only messing with him he irritates the hell out of her and that is the only way she can cope without her losing it with him, before she started to wind him up at the desk she actually told him to go away and talk to someone else. That maybe just a British trait then as you didn't recognise it happening lol I worked with someone I couldn't stand before and anytime they got too much for me I used that technique.

Get the impression Susan was just messing with him there lol

"What's wrong with this guy?" We've been asking that question for 30 years, mate.
