We are big fans of Orcs so we might as well do an Orc Grim Reaper. I couldn't forget the iconic design of Guldan from WoW with those nasty spikes on his back. Grim Reaper's feels calm and horror does not match spikes though, hence the tree branches growing out of his body. This feature contradicts the purpose of Reapers. A good story might able to explain that wonder.
