It gives the option to stream but only a few users at a time, when all the user slots are filled no one else can access the file.
Remember if too many try to watch directly on Google Drive or One Hub they will freeze my account so no one can access videos until people stop watching directly.

Hey folks this might not make it to YouTube unfortunately because now they are blocking the video everywhere except Canada and the US. I have made several attempts with no luck. I will continue to work on it. This might become a Patreon exclusive series. When companies are this strict with blocks my concern with several attempts is it ending with a strike because of the repeated notification they receive from the same channel uploading a video including their content. 3 strikes and you lose your entire channel permanently. There was an issue with daily motion as well and it has been corrected now the video should play fine on all devices.

Sorry for this late reply bud the notification system on Patreon isn't so great lol. I use to be a Store Co Manager I no longer work for the company gave them 13 years and moved on .

2020-06-19 21:14:32 +0000 UTCI mean, I have VPN, so no worries. The real issue is that when a video is blocked in your region, you don't get to see that the video exists and is blocked. You simply don't know it ever existed. I would have never known about the video without you posting the link above.
