I know Taya isn’t referring to this, but the synth melody they were humming sounds exactly like Kai’s Rover! Which also has a similar menacing (but much less demonic) sound :) Always so happy to be fed a Taemin reaction meal!!! I feel like he’s in this interesting experimental phase where he’s deconstructing the artist he once was both sonically and aesthetically, with tattered, grungy fashion and noisy, sonically overwhelming songs and I’m fascinated to see what emerges on the other side of this change
