She's a mimic. You can see her real face through the stitches. It could be the mouth or the eyes, but they can be moved around.

And seeing the stitch pattern where her mouths are makes her look like a badass too. Speaking of her mouths, how many of them does she have? Can she speak out of the others? Do they each have a different voice? Can she have multiple conversations at the same time? If she eats with the ones on her legs does she have to raise them up to swallow? Has she ever thought of taking up Ventriloquism?
