We changed to "subscription" based charging but...

Patreon FINALLY offered us the ability to change charging to a "subscription" base- so instead of being charged on the 1st of every month, you should only be charged exactly a month after you made your pledge. HOWEVER, we recently got a message from a Patron who subscribed on Oct 29th and was then charged again on November 1st, which should NOT happen now. Has anyone else experienced this? Please reply to this post or DM us!
