Now I'm in the mood to show you the shoot with which I started my research into the generally accepted commercial sexuality. It was June, Paris, a hotel with an inspiring interior and my desire to photograph myself a little sexier than usual.
For me, lingerie is the detail that eroticizes the female body. Therefore, the study involved a variety of elements from my lingerie wardrobe.
Usually I feel out of place in the frame when I'm wearing lingerie... But this time, because the shooting was on film, I couldn't see what was in the frame - so I couldn't assess how I look in the lens.
The result pleasantly surprised me - I see sexuality, I see myself beautiful in lingerie, not vulgar. That's what I wanted. Next time I'll be more variable and allow myself more eccentricity in the frame. Im not telling anything about colours and mode of shoot - (green shadows on some of them, flash and non flash) it was not a point.
And once again, I confirm to myself that lightness and fan are the most important aspects of filming.
P.S. I am writing this post from Mexico. I will be here next month.)
