Art Preview: And Another Redemption Storyline Penlight/Spiral Path CG

Heyo, cake-os!

Our next upcoming CG is set to be yet another reader's fave. Which is just as well as it's gonna take up most of this month's art budget ^^; This one is for a scene that follows shortly after the previously-made CGs along this path where Kyou, having had a terrible day of his past misdeeds blowing up in his face again, heads home feeling shattered. Only he's joined by Akiko, who has very much become a part of the drama now, having gotten herself involved from the moment the new transfer student arrived in her class and is starting to suffer from it.

Once they arrive, Kyou convinces her to undergo a little exercise to lighten her mood using the phone trick from before. Soon he has Akiko laughing her depression away and the atmosphere brightens up so much that Kyou's thinking she might be game for something a little more involved and fun. He pitches his idea of giving her a suggestion to react to his phone as if it had a voodoo-like effect on her own body and, with her better judgment taking a back seat for tonight, she happily agrees to it.

... Which is why, after another session under Kyou's spinning spiral app, she wakes up again to find her arms are pinned to her body! Just the fact that Kyou's holding the sides of his phone is enough to cement the impression in her mind that he's holding her tight!

Excited, the pair of them see what else she'll react to. Kyou first starts stroking the top of his phone with his finger and Akiko's extremely pleased to feel the top of her head being stroked in turn. It almost feels a shame for Kyou to move on, but move on he does as he shows his happy houseguest that he's stroking the bottom of his phone now. Akiko quickly goes from purring in delight to howling with laughter as she feels her feet being tickled this time!

It's all going so well, and after Kyou's done making Akiko a quivering, giggling mess on his couch, the student council president gets a chance to chill for a bit, albeit with her arms still pinned, and freely admits she's enjoying this surreal experience. So they should keep doing it, right?

For his next trick, Kyou shows her he's stroking near the top of his phone's screen and Akiko's response is... suddenly a little strange. She hastily calls an end to their play and it seems Kyou may have finally gone too far with this, even if he's not quite sure what exactly he did...

Yeah, this is a big piece of work that's going to be so good when it's done! Definitely look forward to seeing this in the next early access release in a couple week's time. And for you angelcakes out there, you'll have less time to wait plus you'll get to see a whole bunch of bonus art where this scene gets a little hotter~
