That dark shadow- like thing on the screen was actually the censorship crunchyroll uses and it's not only in Gore but also smoking. In addition a lot of the names in JoJo's especially this part are references to music bands or other popular things from pop culture but crunchyroll again changes those names because of copyright so I would really appreciate it if you started watching JoJo's in another website with no censorship because censorship in my opinion is really lame. By the way the fake Kakyoin licking the Cherry is one of the most famous memes in JoJo's and anime in general. And Kakyoin's name is pronounced "KA-KYO-EEN"

It's especially bad from this point on since pretty much every other villain in this part is named after a song or musician. You might be able to catch it if you're paying close attention when they mention new names.
