This is because of the very strange proportions it has, the blank stare it holds, and its lack of ability to move well

2024-09-24 17:18:18 +0000 UTCRecap of the attack on Titan history up until now (Marleyan version): Nearly 2,000 years ago Ymir a random girl sided with the devil of all Earth and gained the power of the Titans (she was the first titan) and the Eldian Empire used Ymir's powers to conquer the rest of the world and opprese them. When she died her power was split into nine Titans that were given names and where inherited by other people so the Eldian Empire had an army of Titans so the rest of the world could not fight back and was conquered by the Eldian Empire for the rest of time until the nation of Marley after thousands of years of genocide and terrible things done to them by the Eldian Empire revolted and gained the seven out of the nine Titans on the great Titan war 80 years ago but the king of the Eldian Empire refused to fight and took majority of his people and fled in the small island of paradise where he raised three walls and because he believed that to repay the sins the Eldian Empire had committed they had to be wiped out by the other races some time in the future as a cleansing of the sins of their ancestors he created a vow announcing war that everyone of his descendants with royal Blood would get the moment they inherited the founding titan, with that he insured that his ideals would stay around forever and he also stole the memories of his people so they don't rise up against him and his plans. Meanwhile in the land of Marley the remaining eldians left behind by the king faced extreme discrimination, racism and hatred by Marley and all the other races that exist in the world because of what their ancestors did so after a hundred years and a lot of discrimination a rebellious faction was created with the purpose of restoring eldia (Grisha's group, the "restorationists") but they were found out by the Marleyans because Zeke the son of Gracia snitched on them so they were all killed except Grisha because he was saved by the owl, Eren Krueger who had been an undercover Eldian as a Marleyan officer so he gave Grisha the final task of retaking the founder and bringing back the Eldian Empire. That is the version of history the Marleyans teach them. The restorationist believe that Ymir never sided with the Devil and that the Eldian Empire wasn't evil but rather a good Empire that helped the world and that Marley is evil and the first king was just a coward who didn't protect his people. Right now we don't know which version is right so we still don't know the actual truth of the world is. We can only speculate.

Everything that you just saw from season 1 up until now was just a prologue, the true story of attack on Titan starts now and you do not expect how this is going to turn out. (The observation haki be going crazy this episode).
