Added 2019-07-12 12:09:55 +0000 UTCSport as religion is a heavily exploited trope but i'd like to try and place my spin on it visually, romantically. heavily charged emotion, movement, and divinity of the mundane are the sort of motifs i want to use for this project, and honestly i've found sports manga/anime tends to do a good job on expressing this.
you'll probably see me revisit this specific composition a number of times in the (distant?) future as it's sort of the founding image i have in my head for this story.
