Captured within this crown is the purest and most primal essence of fire, naturally volatile and destructive. Flames bursts from the spires, consuming anything to empower its own uncontrollable inferno.

Crown of Primal Fire
Wondrous item, legendary (requires attunement)
While you wear this crown, you have resistance to fire damage, and you can magically see from a flame or fire within 30 feet of you as if you were in its space.
Fire. A creature other than you that touches the crown takes 1d10 fire damage. The crown also sheds bright light out to 20 feet and dim light for an additional 20 feet.
Fiery Outburst. Whenever a creature within 30 feet of you deals damage to you, you can use your reaction to lash out with volatile fire. You lose 2d10 hit points and the creature that damaged you takes fire damage equal to the hit points you lost this way, plus an extra 1d8 fire damage. This fire also spreads to other creatures within 5 feet of the original target, dealing 1d8 fire damage to each of them.
Drawn to Flame. While wearing the crown, you can use a bonus action to teleport to an unoccupied space within 5 feet of a fire or flame that is within 60 feet of you. You can teleport this way once, and can't do so again until you finish a long rest, unless you lose 2d10 hit points to teleport again.

DESIGN COMMENTARY
This crown originally had some extra needles to make them look extra spiky and volatile (still visible in the timelapse) but I didn't like how the silhouette looked so I painted those out. I have a weakness designing crowns/belts because they often tend toward one general shape but needs a different approach from what I usually do to make them visually interesting.
Edit: After some consideration, the primal element items have been altered to Legendary rarity instead of very rare. Damage resistance simply equates too easily to the rare armors.
