[Primordial] Weapon - Infernus Halo

With three weapons out, it should get pretty clear how these items work! They'll be a great part of a item collection campaign (for around mid-level through high-level adventurers) and eventually combine into something great. Note that there's room for attunement to all 4 items, which is only relevant to certain classes or special items, and will also make a bit more sense later.

This halo is one of four weapons wielded by the heroes of the last Awakening, used to slay the primordial titans before their disaster can befall the mortal realm. It magically hovers above its wielder’s skin or head without harm.

Infernus Halo
Weapon (chakram), exotic, rare (requires attunement)

To attune to this weapon, you must spend the duration of the attunement period surrounded by a tight ring of fire burning at least 200 degrees Fahrenheit.

Exotic. You are only proficient with this weapon if you have the appropriate background or training (at GM's discretion).

Chakram. This basic ring-shaped weapon is a martial weapon used only by those familiar with their design. It has the Light, Finesse, and Thrown properties with a range of (30/120), and deals 1d6 slashing damage on a hit.

Ring of Fire. This magic weapon sheds bright light out to 20 feet and dim light for an additional 20 feet. While attuned to this weapon, you gain the following benefits:  - You can speak and understand Ignan. - You deal an extra 1d4 fire damage to targets you hit with this weapon. - You have resistance to fire damage. - After you throw this weapon, it flies back into your hand whether it hits or misses its target.

Elemental Boon. While you hold this weapon, you can use an action to cast blur from it. Once cast, this spell can't be cast from it again until the next dawn.

Primordial Harmony. The Infernus Halo is one of four weapons created to tame the primordial titans, the others being the Arcstratos Shard, the Eminence Spire, and the Torrential Lash. This weapon gains additional benefits while you are also attuned to any of those other weapons.  - This weapon gains an additive +1 bonus to your attack and damage rolls equal to the number of the other attuned weapons, up to a maximum of +3. - This weapon's extra damage increases by one die size for each of the other attuned weapon, to a d6 for one other weapon, a d8 for two other weapons, or a d10 for three other weapons. - For each other weapon you are attuned to, you can cast the spell granted by this weapon's Elemental Boon property one additional time before dawn, up to a maximum of 3 times.
